Hello, welcome back to my blog.
My book is now finished and ready to be published, this is when the hard work begins. I have created a Facebook page, Twitter account and Instagram account; the odd like or share would be greatly appreciated.
We are now creating the book cover, this is really exciting as we have so many ideas and it has to be relevant to the book without giving away any plot details. I love some of the book covers that are out there, some are a real work of art. So I have relied on my husband Stuart to help me with this as he has a great eye for design and is much more talented than I am at that sort of thing.
The weather here in Yorkshire has been perfect for photography lately and we are planning a book cover photo shoot for the weekend. Fingers crossed it doesn’t rain, although thinking about it, it does rain sometimes in my book, but isn’t the image I have in mind when I think back to the story. The book starts in the middle of winter when Jazz sets off to feed her horse Milan. The wind is whistling across the dale bringing in showers of sleety rain and the evening is drawing in. No, I can hear you asking but I’m not going to give away any further titbits as I really don’t want to spoil anything for you.
Please keep a look out for the great book cover reveal as it will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Thank you for reading my blog. Stay safe and have a lovely day.
